If you are starting a local business or are looking for an online presence for it, then there could be an option for you to choose starting out with me that will establish trust between us. I will provide business for you in advance. The only cost you will cover are the costs related to website fees, and the money needed in order to rank it an create a backlink profile connected to your site with links that are related to your field.
FOR EXAMPLE: If you are starting a painting company, I will make a website tailored to your company, rank it, get the calls coming into your business cell phone. ONCE THIS HAPPENS, our goal will be to IMMEDIATELY close a customer for you. If you need my help doing that, I do not mind fielding a couple of calls to start with. Once this has been done, once you have seen the site, once you have seen that the leads come in, ONCE YOU HAVE EARNED MONEY FROM MY SERVICES, we are going to either meet in person if you are able to or we are going to have a zoom call in order to come to an agreement about moving forward.
-Based on the services you provide, how much you charge for them, the earnings you have made from our first deal, and the projected leads at the time, we will outline a monthly budget for you and a plan to move forward in order to implement it.

If we can deem that you are suitable for the "Results in Advance" option and you decide not to move forward after I have produced very clear, undisputable, and solid results for you, I WILL NOT dump that website. When you are receiving local calls for your business niche, when I have laid out a reasonable budget, when I have done the work:
I am going to start offering the business it produces to other business owners in the same field and in the same area if the business is just sitting. Money likes outlets to flow to, I will not turn it off just because someone is on the fence. I will not waste my time. This should hopefully make you feel better, because you know that I endeavor to get you the BEST results and will not waste yours either.
If you have genuine questions and concerns, of course I will make sure to address those and make sure you are comfortable before we move forward. If you have budget concerns, there is always something that can be worked out. I am not going to pressure you, and am not going to spend my time attempting to "sell" you or convince you of something, especially when I have already provided indisputable results.
